- What can I say about this book that hasn't been said a thousandtimes? Still the best analysis of man's relationship to theuniverse I have ever read.

WHile Pirsig may come across as pretentious, if one can overlook this, the ideas presented are invaluable. At times I was in tears from frustation, but by the end, I felt that I walked away from it all with much more than I had when I'd started. I find it difficult to describe exactly how this book changed me, but changed me it has, I think, for the better.
