The Great Visitorby Jean-Daniel C.Today we had a visitor from Katimavik. Her name is Laura and she lives in British Columbia. She is in Quebec because she joined Katimavik.
Katimavik is an organization you can join to help different communities. For example, Laura works at Musée Beaulne in Coaticook. This organization is tough for its people because they can't call home and they are paid only 21$ per week. It's not easy to work for Katimavik! But it is an enrichment of information for her career.
Laura is medium sized because her height is 5,5 inches. She has a twin but she is not identical. Her name is Lisa. Laura has a brother too. His name is Ben and he is 21 years old. Laura was born in April, on the 30th and she is 18 years old. Her pet peeve is a fake person who pretends to be another person. Her favourite activities are dancing, writing and talking with her friends. Another activity she likes is reading suspense and horror books. Her favourite season is the summer and her favourite colour is green. She likes music too. Her favourite music groups are Rage Against The Machine, The Beastie Boys and Gob. Cranberry juice is the drink she prefers. Laura adores playing volleyball. Before she loved playing basketball but she injured her knees and after that she doesn't play basketball anymore. She doesn't like lying, ugly shoes and bumpy roads. She has a cat. His name his Mr Bo Jangles.
Her father's name is Michael and her mother's name is Shelly. Her hero is her father because he is very intelligent and everybody likes him. Laura's favourite Quebec food is the curd cheese. She's not a good cook. Her most important fault is she is very honest and sometimes the people don't like this. But she has lots of qualities. The most important are her outgoingness and she is independent too.
I don't know if I will have the pleasure to meet her again but I WANT TO MEET HER AGAIN. She is a very good person.
