A Super PlayBy Sarah P., Kathleen R-B., and Émilie D.Friday, February 25th the class went to the (Pavillon des arts) in Coaticook. There was a play. I liked the play. The song was good and the experienced musician (Jacques Dussault) was very clever with his instruments. I liked the lion's big mask because it had many beautiful colors. The costumes went well with the play. For the students it was free and I would like to say thank you to the principal!
This story which was in Africa is not true, it is a legend. Baki, an African orphan, was living with his terrible aunt. He washed the dishes but the river was far from the house. He sang all the way to the river. When he came back, his aunt checked the dishes. One fork was missing! He returned to the river to find the fork. When he arrived at the river, he dove forgetting the crocodile! Suddenly the crocodile caught him and brought him to the crocodile chief. Surprise! The crocodile chief told him, "You'll find a solution to your problem when you knock on that tree." So, he knocked on the tree and an egg appeared! When he returned back, he met some bad creatures and he fought them with the egg. At home, his aunt was very mad. He said, "Look what I found!" She took the egg but it slipped out of her hands and broke. In the egg there were many forks!! His aunt was so happy about that and she decided to make a big party.
"L'ombre du fromager" is good for kids and for parents. It's fun to watch.
