One Day At the Water SlidesBy: Kristel M.One day my family and I went to the water slides. We left very early in the morning so we could be the first ones in the line to pay. As we went through the gates I was very surprised. There were very big slides. The first slide was for the small kids, then there were the big slides for us. I also went swimming in their big pool. As the day went on we also went into the elephant truck, and went on the Tarzan rope, but my younger brother was too short, because it took about thirty-six inches high. It was a very hot day, so we stayed a lot in the water. For lunch we bought sandwiches and cookies, with a lot of drinks. After lunch we decided to try out the water tubes, which was a lot of fun. Also my brothers and I went onto the ski slopes, we rode up the mountains then we had to slide back down with our carpets. Also during the day there was a lot of music playing which was very good, my family danced too. While the day went on it was getting late, so my family and I decided to pack up our stuff and leave. As we drove down the highway, we decided to stop and eat supper at a restaurant, for supper we ate a very big pizza and French fries. After we ate I was very tired, so before I got to my home I fell asleep in the van. On my vacation this year I hope we’ll go back to the water slides again, so we can have some more fun. This was the wonderful day at the water slides.
